How it works
Add your business details and logo once, and a payment link if you have one, in Invoice settings.
Create an invoice or a quote, with your saved customers and items or new ones.
Send the view-only link from your own email, or download the PDF; turn on payment reminders if you want them.
Record the payment when it arrives, and add the invoice to your documents.

Yes, through your own payment link. Add it in Invoice settings, or on a single invoice, and the invoice's view-only page shows a Pay now button and its PDF a Pay online line. The payment goes to you directly, never through Account Direct: mark the invoice paid when the money arrives. The invoice can also show your payment instructions, such as an e-transfer address or cheque details.
Yes, when you turn them on for an invoice. Choose up to 5 days, from 30 days before to 60 days after the due date, and on each one we email your customer the amount owing and the invoice's link, until the invoice is paid. Each reminder shows your business name, replies come to you, and every reminder is logged on the invoice.
Yes, as drafts. Set an invoice to repeat every week, month, 3 months or year, and a new draft is made on each date for you to review and send: nothing is sent by itself. We tell you in the app and by email when a draft is ready, and you can pause, change or stop the repeat.
Yes. Choose English or French for each invoice: its PDF, the email that Email link opens and its payment reminders are in that language, and your customer can switch the PDF's language on the view-only page.
Choose the province of sale and tick the taxes on each line, and on shipping if it is taxable. The tool calculates the GST or HST of that province, and QST, PST or RST where they apply, each on its own line. Once the invoice is issued, its amounts stay as they were, even if a rate changes later.
Yes. Your invoices appear in your file for your accountant, with the payments you record. Add to my documents also puts an invoice's PDF with your other documents.
Yes. Save it as a quote (an estimate) and send it by link or PDF, like an invoice. When your customer accepts it, convert it to an invoice.
